Their whole family loves giraffes so I thought a simple card made from the Lettering Delights new Simple Shapes Zoo set. I didn’t think it would be wise to embellish the card, he likes to carry around the cards and sometimes put them in his mouth. I would die if a button came off and he choked. I would rather have him play with the card and enjoy it then make it too pretty. 🙂
You can’t see it in the picture but I used a gold glitter pen to stitch around the image. You can see it in person, it gave a nice finished, sparkly look to the card. The paper stack I used was Animal Crackers by DCWV and Recollections solid cardstock. The stickers were just some vinyl locker ones I found at Michaels. I could have cut some .svgs but I really liked these stickers.
If you have a questions or comments, feel free to post and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks for looking!

this is so cute! I just purchased the 3d letters after i’ve seen your posts… anyways, a newbie question… how do you resize the alphabets so they have the same height? (i’m using MTC) i noticed when I open the files they (the letter themselves) aren’t of the same size.
thanks

First, make sure you are bringing them in at “use actual” and a DPI of 72. Then when I want to make them smaller I bring all the images in a letter to the mat and select all then change them by percentages. Say I want to make the X and there are three parts. I import all three and then make sure they are all selected. Up at the size box I would put 50% in and it will resize all pieces accordingly.
Hope that makes sense. LOL
