I know I should have posted these days ago but with ringing in the New Year and all I got kind of busy. We had a little get together on Sunday night with a few friends. I wanted to make a little goodie box for their children, so I whipped these up in a hurry.
Hence, why they are not as embellished as I wanted them. But kids were just going to rip them apart for the candy anyways right?
The cracker boxes and printables come from Lettering Delights. The New Year printable was a Facebook Freebie on the 30th of December! So perfect for these boxes. I just love the idea of printables, they are great when you have that last minute idea and don’t have time to paper piece something together. These were so quick, which makes them awesome. ^__^
I just smeared some Stickles on the tags and used my dryer to jazz it up a bit to get these in their hot little hands. The moisture made them curl a little but that’s what I get for using thin printer paper. I would recommend using a photo or heavier weight paper for Print n Cut. I used neutral colored paper (Happy Holidays by Recollections) and twine (Krazy for Kraft by Trendy Twine) to make the tags the center of attention.
Thanks for stopping by today and sorry I didn’t get these up sooner. Maybe it will be an idea for next year. Happy crafting!

So cute Becki, I agree with over embellishing things for kids. It’s great to see them enjoying but then when you see them thrown all over it just makes you cry!

Exactly, why waste expensive embellishments. LOL
