Featured in the November/December 2012 issue of CuttingEdge Magazine:
I’m finally glad I can share these adorable little Christmas trees with you. I hit the jackpot when I found them on Waffle Flower’s website for free! If you don’t have a electronic cutting machine, that’s OK. She has the files in PDF format so you can just print out and cut on the dotted lines. How cool is that?
Supplies:
Cut Files: (tree box) Waffle Flower, (star) basic shapes; Cardstock: (Classic Christmas) Core’dinations, (gold foil) Recollections; Patterned Paper: (Very Merry Christmas and Dots and Stripes Christmas) Echo Park Paper, (Jingle Bells) Recollections; Embellishments: (Snowy Woods) Favorite Findings, (Holly Green) Trendy Twine, (Solid Gold Nylon cord) Needleloft, two toothpicks; Tools: Boss Kut Gazelle, Make the Cut software.
Fold according to dash lines, add contrasting panels to front of tree. Glue star and snowflake button to each toothpick. Put a dab of glue on the toothpick and slide into top of tree. Wrap twine around to dress up. Add goodies to bottom of tree and fold in bottom flap. May want to add a little strip of tape to keep bottom closed until ready to take candy out.

These are beautiful Becki and I like how you have wrapped the twine around the tree.
